A challenge trophy is being awarded to Winners Bitch in Tom's memory to be kept by the winner for one year until the next Specialty, when it will be returned to the Palmetto Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club with the Winning dog's name engraved on a brass engraving plate. The trophy will be retired if the same owner wins it three times. (The win does not have to be with the same dog).
